Saturday, June 3, 2023 - A little effervescent out of the bottle, but dies off. Pale yellow straw color. Aromas of lemon, green apple, honey, bit of petrol/pool-toy. This wine is dry but the fruit tastes slightly sweet on first sip, before the wave of acidity takes over. Super crisp and refreshing with a very long finish. Really nice wine, great value.
