Medium plus in body with medium acidity.

Dry on the palate and fruit forward.

Showing red and black fruits with light wood, spices, dark chocolates and earth.

Short finish with fine grained tannins and cherries.

This is a simple Cabernet blend from Israel. Easy drinking and good by itself.

Feels like a simple red from Bordeaux.

Aged in oak barrels for 8 months. Kosher and not Mevushal.

13% alcohol by volume.
