Monday, June 12, 2023 - Tasted after 1 hour of air. I was expecting this vineyard to have more crunch and less juicy fruit. Maybe a warm year? There is some sweetness here. Juicy raspberry fruit. Some tannic tea notes. Sweet but still good balance. Some spice. I think I like the Schone Tal wines from this vineyard better. Dave always is able to coax the most out of this vineyard.
