Friday, June 9, 2023 - Clear, bright straw/yellow color, delicate nose of pear and hint of brioche. On the palate, pear and apple fresh and balanced on the light bodied frame, with a touch of brioche and hint of oak showing up on the long finish. Delightful! Excellent match with young Brie.
