Thursday, June 15, 2023 - Grapefruit, lemon and lime, and touch of grass and oxidised iron on nose. Intense and complex palate of honeysuckle, yellow stonefruit, grape fruit, tinned pineapple along with a touch of iron and even butter on the finish. Long finish showing many layers. This was very rich and felt more off dry than dry. Still, impressive.
