Monday, June 5, 2023 - Quick decant. Pungent nose of dark cherry, smoke, spice, and vanilla. Rich and mouthfilling palate of mocha, dark fruits, loads of baking spice, star anise, and red cherry. Layers of fat tannins on the finish with caramel, chocolate, sweet brown sugar, vanilla, and oak. Wow!
