Sunday, July 9, 2023 - perfect storage, since 98 in my cellar, perfect wine, classic cabernet, wonderful, ready fortunatly two bottles left for the next 10 years.

9/20/2023 2:40:00 AM - I do normaly no decanting, I open the bottle and then let the wine breath in the glass, Zwiesel or Riedel Bordeaux grand cru. I would say between 30 min and 3 hours is the best timing.
