Monday, July 17, 2023 - Revisiting an old favorite: Pours a crystalline red reminiscent of a good pinot. Nose of raspberry, cherry, chocolate, hint of plum. Thin mouthfeel, mild to moderate astringency, granite, raspberry to blackberry with black grape on palate. Only a gentle burn, with burn being a misnomer. Time has been kind to this solid exemplar of table wine so far.
