Aromas (Dave): lemon, dusty books, asparagus, hay, pear (day 2). Replays on palate, esp. lemon. M+ body, high acid, XD, medium alcohol (12.5%). An interesting pairing with tomato al pesto sauce, very refreshing between bites. Really good, although at $23 CAD, no longer the fantastic value it once was.
