Monday, July 17, 2023 - Our first time to try this wine, and our expectations were high (100 by Parker); somehow, it exceeded the expectations. The nose was full of red and black fruit perfume, jammy yet with precision. Soft in the mouth with any tannins fully resolved. Fruit flavors continued to dominate, but I don't think further aging will be beneficial. This was singing, and amazing, paired beautifully with a 2019 Cantina Terlano Terlaner I Primo. We switched back and forth all night between this red and white wine, and debated which was better. These are strong contenders for any occasion that demands a red and white wine for guests worth the cost!
