Monday, May 25, 2009 - This is my last bottle and as I said before this wine has been a great surprise. I paired this wine with marinated shrimp in a cayenne pepper, cilantro, garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, grilled placed over mixture of watermelon, cantelope, and honeydew tossed in sugar, white rice vinegar, chopped mint leafs over romaine lettuce. Wonderful combination.
