Friday, July 21, 2023 - Had this many years ago when I really didn’t like champagne possibly because I could only afford NV from the readily available supermarket heavily advertised like Moët.
Then I fell in love Dom & Crystal. LOL
Over the years guests occasional bring NV Grand Marques but I’ve made the mistake of never having any.
This was a revelation. Balanced beautifully, fresh yet not green or to acidic, hints of some much quality. Amazing.
