Tuesday, July 25, 2023 - Not 100 because I think I drank it too young. When I envision what a Sauternes should be it’s this. Undeniable sweetness but balanced so well with crisp acidity. Notes of mint and honeycomb, a faint taste of the botrytis. Thick and powerful mouthfeel. Nose was present as soon as the cork was pulled
