Thursday, July 27, 2023 - This wasn’t a great showing. Nutty and caramelized almost to the point of oxidation (premox?). I tend to find these characteristics much more in Blanc de Blanc wines. It’s kind of off-putting and overwhelms the earthy soil elements I prefer in BsN’s. I hope my last bottles show better. Far from a value, in fact, a bit of a poor value right now
