Saturday, July 29, 2023 - A WTSO premium selection. Totally a hedonistic wine. Tastes like Michel Rolland wine.

Color. Heavily extracted Red-purple

Nose. Red currants, cedar, grilled meats, pencil lead, undergrowth, clove, gingerbread.

Palate. Backwards. Give tannic presence up front. (DEFINITELY pulled the cork too soon) Blackberries, cherries, cocoa. The finish isn't terribly long, maybe 20 seconds.
