Tuesday, August 1, 2023 - 90 min decant; nose of barrel spice, vanilla and black cherry. Flavors of cherry, baking spices, green pepper, tobacco leaf and vanilla, finishing with bitter dark chocolate and copper. Tannins mostly resolved, but still apparent on day 2. Drink now with air - 2031.
