Monday, August 14, 2023 - Restaurant pop and pour. 15 to 20 years ago we bought many of Ben's wines as we both liked his style, and him personally. However as the time required for his wines to really come of age became evident, we just stop buying them.

It's literally been decades since I had one of his wines with only eight years age (still have 02-05 Amon Ra) and I found this refreshingly approachable. Nothing was over-the-top for the varietal. Will have to seek some out to enjoy when I can really pay attention to the wine, as tonite was really a working dinner.
