Friday, August 18, 2023 - Wow. After a 20 minute decant, this was round, plush, borderline exotic with wonderful perfumed aromas wafting from the glass followed by a silky smooth finish that punches through the structured tannins. Approachable now and paired wonderfully with veal parm.
