Monday, August 21, 2023 - Initial taste showed ample strawberry, grapefruit, and a hint of Provençal herbs. The bitter grapefruit edge is something I don’t usually like and here it did bother me a little at first. Luckily we had some left over a day later and the disjoint grapefruit component had really melded very nicely with the other flavors. This wine was noticeably better on the second day. A very nice rose with some good depth to it.
