Monday, August 7, 2023 - Really nice lime blossom honey flavors with some raw and slightly bitter walnut, mocha, cornflakes, and burnt orange peel. Very grassy and floral. This needed some time to come together, but once it did, it was very nice. I had this with lentils with brussels sprouts and cashew drizzle and I wanted it to be a better match. Best out of Zalto White wine glass.
