Friday, August 25, 2023 - This was not as accessible as the last bottle and was jokingly referred to as a "barrel sample" by the tasting group. Concentrated and linear citrus and minerals. No discernible oak. This is very close to reaching the aniseed phase of aromatics, but not quite there. Needs at least 4 years to expand.
