Saturday, August 26, 2023 - This wine is a medium gold, with a wide, clear halo.

On the nose, peach, and flint are prominent, with a little banana. There are floral notes, as if this wine had some Viognier or Riesling in the blend, though it does not.

On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, with that same peach, flint, banana combination. The finish is long, and medium in acidity. and very flinty... did I mention the flint?

Not my cuppa, but I can see where others would think it was fantastic, especially if you like minerally wines.
