Monday, August 28, 2023 - Pale gold with nose of apricot, peach, lemon, lime, apple & honey. Nice weight and body. Strong acidity. To taste peach, apricot, pear, apple, honey, nuts, smoke, lemon & lime. Long. Excellent balance & flavour intensity. Very good. Plenty of time in hand but drinking nicely. Day 2: More of the same, touch rounder and richer.
