Monday, August 28, 2023 - Clink Clink Tasting Event (Warehouse Hotel): 100% PN from 2018, dosage 4.5g/l, disgorged Dec 2021, from a single parcel in the village of Rilly La Montagne, annual production of 600 bottles. Impressions. Lovely red fruits, red apple, racy acidity with med finish. Made by Perine Baillette ex-wife of Alexandre Chartogne.
