Monday, September 4, 2023 - A beautifully mature cabernet. PnP. Slightly shy aroma with black fruit, herbal, earth, leather, cassis flavors. Still has plenty of fruit and not drying out. black fruit, cassis, earth, slight herbal. Medium body, well balanced with good acidity. Smooth , silky tannins in the finish.
