Thursday, September 7, 2023 - Golden hue. Nutty, reductive nose. Very well balanced. Citrus fruit, acidity with a oxidised note on the finish. Medium length. Evolved quite a lot since my last bottle 2 years ago. For me this is nearing the end of it’s optimal drinking window unless you like less fruit and more oxidisation.
