Thursday, September 14, 2023 - From magnum. Yeasty/brioche aromas, apples, minerals, some lemon and a touch of herbs. Rich palate with tart apples, lemons, minerals, yeast/brioche. Medium body. Nice lemony finish. The wine is still coiled and young from this magnum. Has a long life ahead and will be fabulous when ready. Maybe another decade for that to happen? This is still delicious but would wait if possible. 92+
