Monday, September 18, 2023 - Lay & Wheeler South Africa tasting (Glazier's Hall): Compared with the same year's Stellenbosch Cab this is richer, fuller, sweeter, more chocolatey and developed. And less interesting for it, to my palate anyway. Great acidity on the back end.
