Monday, September 25, 2023 - Three hour decant, this is a high end expression Gigondas, with evertyhing you look for including dark cherries, garrigue, forest floor and excellent spiciness. This benefits from decant time, with the bright acidity coming into line a little more with the air working on it. Medium build with a very nice mouthfeel and a long finish, well worth the price paid for it.
