Monday, September 25, 2023 - Excellent stuff; alongside a pumpkin spice cake; a beautiful and intense nose of honeyed peach, lychee, rose water, and ginger; ripe and flamboyant with impressive intensity, but also a perfectly judged acidity to keep this feeling vibrant. This should age for decades still, but its really good now.
