Friday, September 29, 2023 - Pears and white fruit against a background of stones and light licorice. Great acidity and tannic mouthfeel. The minerals and salinity impart a complex and bitter note and balance the ripe fruit. Better wait a few years for the various elements to harmonize. It's a treat to drink this wine alongside the 2020 Girardin Meursault Perrieres. Both recommended.
