Saturday, September 30, 2023 - Drank same night as the white from this winery. This one is young, so we decanted 1+ hours
Medium mouthfeel. Tannins weren't aggressive. Lots of black pepper on the palate with an undernote of dark cherry. This is nice, but will probably be better in 3-5 years.
