Sunday, October 1, 2023 - NOSE: canned pears, potting soil, cucumber skin. With aeration comes marmalade and stone fruit.
MOUTH: dynamic. Baked apple. Green shoot sugar. As it warms, it gathers salt and reddish black flavors (spiced rum).
