Wednesday, October 11, 2023 - Nose is cherry, savory herbs like thyme, licorice, and alcohol is pretty strong.
Palate: Cherry, blackberry, star anise. Medium- body, medium+ acidity, moderate, chewy tannins, alcohol warmth on the tongue.
Very good concentration and length, while being somewhat light on its feet. Kind of reminds me of an etna rosso. Insane QPR for $12. Hope I can find it again.
