Saturday, October 14, 2023 - Perfectly ripe. We opened the bottle 1hour before tasting: silky tannins, red fruits, minerality. I wish I had one (or two) more bottles. It was the best in a row (we started drinking the 2011 in 2018 and had one bottle each year).
