Monday, October 16, 2023 - Good but not great.
Strong dark fruit, mid weight, texture pretty good, still quite dry on the finish as Coonawarra cabs can be with a hint of astringency.
Suspect, as it’s under stelvin, it could wait another 5 years and improve.
