Saturday, October 21, 2023 - Nose: blackberries, blackcurrant, cedar, thyme, oregano dried and fresh and some floral tones at the end
Palete: fruit driven at first, then layers of spices and herbs. Long finish.
High acidity and tannins. Young but more accessible that expected. A really good wine
