Sunday, October 29, 2023 - Wonderful aged Dundee Pinot with red fruits and earthy funk. Fully resolved tannins making for creamy mouth feel. Elegant and light, with clear echo of Dundee fruit on palette, not much tertiary development, good length with nice acidity left. Would have liked more intensity, hold remaining bottles and try again in 5 years.
