Saturday, November 4, 2023 - Wine dinner for a great charity (Samish Hill, Bellingham, WA): Sabered without losing a precious drop. Given time in the bottle, these are exceptional. December 2016 disgorgement suggests '13 or '14 base. Strawberries/red berries, blood orange and a beautiful savory spice. Loved this.
