Tuesday, October 24, 2023 - Rich orchard fruit aromas and flavors with some lemon curd notes, this is impressively rich, but seems like it is on the "demi-sec" side of a "sec" to me. Good now, but I am planning to give my remaining bottles more time in the cellar, with possible upside from here.
