Monday, November 13, 2023 - Blueberry/dark fruits on the nose, ripe but not over ripe. Spice, possibly clove and a hint of vanilla. Almost like a burnt marshmallow or popcorn thing going on, which is interesting. Juicy fruits on palate. Still some tannins with medium acidity. Better on night 2. I’ve got one bottle left which I think I will try and forget about for a few years!
