Monday, November 13, 2023 - Opened 3 hours, some change for the better over time. Deep blue and red fruit on palate with both acidity and a complex energy from the resolving tannins. So balanced that that aspect grabs your attention. Paired with Dijon chicken to tremendous effect. Best California PN in quite some time for me.
