Saturday, November 25, 2023 - Medium straw yellow colour. Ripe and rich aroma of apricot and peach. Oak is noticeable but not overwhelming. Decent body and initial zip followed by a creaminess at the end. More fruit and melon in the taste. Better after warming up slightly. Paired well with peppery mac and cheese.
