Tuesday, November 28, 2023 - Better than 1,5 years ago, more developed and complex, especially on day 2. Black color, overwhelming sweet and complex nose. Big, big body. Baked dark fruits, dried apricot, caramelized coffee, pear tart with Bavarian cream, white chocolate, vanilla. All in harmony. Very long and silky finish. The essence of Amarone! Wow.
