Wednesday, November 29, 2023 - Nose crunchy red fruit. Strawberry cream mineral. Floral rose. A bit of herbal astringency. Palate shows more of both astringency and fruit along with a healthy mineral dose. Not highest acid in this vintage but it’s got plenty. Great balance and amazing longevity.
