Thursday, November 30, 2023 - My last bottle. Coravin’d a glass an hour before dinner. As you would expect, thin and tannic at first. But…put on weight over the course of the next two hours and toward the end of dinner this wine was exquisite. Fully integrated tannins, ripe red and blue fruits, balanced, graceful and pleasant. This wine is in its drinking window, but it will last another three to five years.
