Friday, January 27, 2006 - The nose is intoxicating with aromas of violets, coffee beans, and blackberries. The palate is completely seamless with perfectly balanced fruit and structure. I find tastes of burnt caramel, dark chocolate, French Roast coffee, and blackberries. This wine is still a baby (as great as it is, it doesn't hit all parts of my mouth), but it tremendous at present.
