Saturday, December 2, 2023 - Absolutely fantastic. Much more youthful than the last bottle. Green apple, red apple, peach, flint, mineral, slate stone. Good acidity and good balance. Dry and really good to go with food but has such nice balance you could even sip on it by itself. Drinking well now this will likely be in its current state best till 2031. It should last much longer but will change into a older mature style whistling with a different flavor profile
