Saturday, December 9, 2023 - Tasted after 90 minutes of air. Medium ruby color. Some spice on the nose and potpourri. Sweet cherry fruit with some good crunch. Some tea on the mid palate. This needs some time to smooth out. I didn't like this at all when popped and poured. After air it is much better.
