Tuesday, December 12, 2023 - First Kistler. Gave it a couple hours in the decanter at caller temp. Beautiful full bodied Chardonnay. Nice glycerol mouthfeel; almonds, lemon panda cotta (not too sweet and not too tart), floral, and a hint of spiciness - white pepper - on the finish. Super complex already and hard to hold off from finishing the bottle.
